What is Human Design?

Human Design is a self awareness system that maps how your energy operates,

based on your exact time, date, and place of birth.

It’s like a blueprint for how your brain and body are designed to make decisions, interact with the world, and stay in balance. Think of it as a fusion of ancient systems (like astrology and the I Ching) with modern science — including quantum physics, epigenetics, and neuroscience.

Your own personal chart shows:

  • How your nervous system is wired to respond to stress, emotion, and pressure

  • How your brain prefers to process decisions (emotionally, instinctively, or logically)

  • Where you’re influenced by others, and where you’re consistently yourself

  • The most efficient way to use your energy and avoid burnout

Rather than a belief system, Human Design functions more like a self-operating manual — helping you optimise how you think, connect, work, and make choices.

It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about understanding how you function best, and removing resistance. Self awareness is the single most important tool you have at your disposal, and Human Design is one of the best ways to develop it.

Here at Lupo Astralis we use our Human Design expertise to help you discover where your talents lie, and use your energy is the way you've been specifically designed to use it.

Throughout our time together we'll dive deep into your energy centres, channels, and activations. Bringing awareness into how that energy is showing up in your life, currently.

Where did Human Design come from?

Human Design was first introduced in 1987 by Ra Uru Hu (born Robert Alan Krakower). He described the system as something he received during a very intense creative experience — not as something he invented. Since then, it’s grown into a practical tool used around the world by coaches, leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals who want to better understand themselves and others.
